Obituary for William “Bill” Wight William “Bill” D. Wight, 65, of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. Born in Kenosha, on October 28, 1952, he was the son of the late Wesley and June (Scantling) Wight. Bill was a free spirit.

He was extremely passionate about politics and never turned down a good debate. Bill loved music, particularly REO Speedwagon. He played saxophone in the band “Yesterday’s Children” as a young adult.

Bill’s proudest accomplishment was being a dad and grandpa. He enjoyed his weekly dinners and visits to the library with his grandchildren. Survivors include his two daughters, April (Bradley) Kalcic and Kristen (Brian Johnson) Wight; a step-son, Dominic Gastaldi Jr.; three grandchildren, Lillyanna, Emmalyn, and Mason; ex-wife and mother of his children, Gina Cerminara; a brother, Roger (Gail) Wight; a sister, Wendy (Terry) Loendorf; and his sister-in-law and close friend, Laury Riviere.

He is further survived many family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 27th, at Proko Funeral Home, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
