William Howard Winters, age 73, of Noble, Illinois passed away Friday, February 01, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 05, 1945 in Lawrence County, Illinois, the son of Harry and Dorothy (Heath) Winters. Howard worked in maintenance at Self Quality Storage in Lexington, Illinois.

Preceding him in death were his parents; four brothers, Donald, Delbert, Lester, and Marvin; and three sisters, Vivian Smith, Lois Chandler, and Louise McClaskey. Survivors include his children, Chloe Brink, Reta Fulk, Donald Winters, and Delbert Winters; and four sisters, Della Ditch of Noble, Illinois, Pauline Eagleson and husband, Dewey, of Lawrenceville, Illinois, Doris Saltsgaver of Allendale, Illinois, and Jane Mason of Florida. Howard’s wishes were to be cremated.
