William J. Maris Jr., 55, of Weirton died Friday, June 15, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born September 18, 1962 in Steubenville. He is the son of the late William Sr. and Sondralee Brown Maris.

William was retired from M&D Auto in Weirton. Surviving are four sons William “Buddy” James Maris III of Steubenville, Alexander L. Maris of Weirton, Cody A. Maris of Steubenville and Thomas Maris of Weirton; one brother Robert Maris Sr. of Steubenville; three sisters Sondralee (Tim) Baumgard of Steubenville, Tina (Jimmy) McKnight of Texas, Barb Ely of Steubenville and fourteen grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 3-7 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd.

, Steubenville. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 am at the funeral home, Fr. Jack McCoy will officiate.
