OBITUARY William “Junny”” A. Powers Jr. May 16, 1939 – January 15, 2019 Play Tribute Movie William A. “Junny” Powers, Jr., 79, of Louisville passed away on Tuesday January 15, 2019. Mr. Powers was the owner of the old Junior’s Body Shop. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Jewell Powers.

Left to cherish his memory is his children, Mark Powers (Jane), Timothy Powers, Tammy Embry, Steven Powers (Cathy), and James Powers (Liz); brothers, Terry, Ricky, Carney, Edwin, and Lonnie Powers; a sister, Joyce Malone; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Powers will be held at 11 am Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Thursday. Online condolences may be shared with the family at, www. archlheadysouthernfh.com.
