William L. Sethman, 73, of Collinsburg/Rostraver Township, died at his home onTuesday, July 17, 2018. Born in North Charleroi on June 25, 1945, he was the son of Lorna M. (Chilzer) Sethman, who survives and resides in Carroll Township and the late John W. Sethman. William loved hunting and fishing.

He especially loved spending time with his children, teaching them to fix cars, remodel and build houses. . .

he taught his children well! William and his wife, Kathleen, adopted two children and raised them as their own! He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kathleen A. (Mansker) Sethman; sons, William Sethman Jr. of Monongahela, Ronald Sethman of Ohio, John Sethman of Greensburg and David Sethman of Centerville; daughter, Nikki Lees of Collinsburg; grandchildren, Robert Lees, Joshua Lees, Chelsea Lees, Nathaniel Sethman, Lindsey Sethman, Autumn Harper, Cheyenna Stone, Ronald Sethman, Austin Sethman, Christian Sethman, Alex Sethman and Mikayla Sethman; numerous great grandchildren; and brothers, Gene Sethman of Charleroi and Larry Sethman of Carroll Twp. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Robert Sethman. Family and friends are asked to gather at the Sutersville Walk In The Word Ministry, 220 First Avenue, Sutersville on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. for a Memorial service with his son, Pastor John Sethman officiating.
