William’s Obituary Mr. William Thurman “Tiny” Harper, age 75, of Bartow, died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in Greenwood Assisted Living in Wrightsville. A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 27th at 2:00 p.m. in Bartow City Cemetery. Reverend Tom Harrison will officiate.

Mr. Harper was a native and lifelong resident of Bartow, the son of the late Robert Goodlow Harper and the late Teresa Salter Harper. He spent his working career in the Kaolin Industry, retiring as a laboratory technician for Imerys. Tiny had a passion for fishing and enjoyed many fishing trips with friends.

He is survived by his longtime friend, Sheriff Gary Hutchins and family, one aunt and a host of cousins and friends. May and Smith Funeral Directors is in charge of these arrangements. www.
