Cheraw Mrs. Willie Belle Turner Knight, widow of the late William Francis Knight, Sr. passed away, Monday, May 7, 2018, at McLeod Health of Cheraw after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family. She was 84. Born in Chesterfield, SC, on August 25, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Gary and Ethel Burr Turner.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cheraw. She was an office manager for Saconee. She enjoyed cooking, camping, fishing, and watching the Christian Broadcast Network.

She is survived by: her sons, William Francis Knight, Jr. of Whispering Pines, NC and Ronnie Mitchell Knight (Deborah) of Bennettsville, SC; daughters, Patricia K. Beaty and Susan Elaine Rivers (Donnie) both of Bennettsville, SC; sisters, Mildred Michael (Mike) of Cheraw, SC, Mary Ruth Johnson (Tommy) of Cheraw, SC, and Carolyn T. Chapman (Wayne) of Society Hill, SC; 8 grandchildren, Spencer Knight, Cody Knight, Travis Knight, Tyler Knight, Beth Beaty, Culp Beaty, Nikki Wooten, and Jennifer Upshaw; 3 great grandchildren, Kayden Wooten, Kinley Wooten, and Mia Wooten. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Chatham Hill Cemetery in Cheraw, SC. A visitation will be held immediately following the service at the cemetery.
