Wilmar “Otto” Kelley, 84 of Horse Branch passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born on May 23, 1934 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Wied and Lorene Hayse Kelley. He worked at Cissels Manufacturing in Louisville and was a member of the Fox Hunters Club.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Marie Branham Kelley and three siblings, Delmer Kelley, Martine Frames and Donnie Wallace. Survivors include his children, Ronnie Otto (Cindie) Kelley of Beaver Dam and Debbie (Greg) Walker of Louisville; three siblings, Bobby Kelley of Morgantown, Elmer B. Kelley of Horse Branch and Wanda Arnold of Louisville; seven grandchildren, April Kelley, Laura Kelley, Jimmie Kelley, Keira Kelley, Amanda Wilson, Misty (Joshua) Duff, Billy Otto Walker and several great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 11, 2019 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev.

Terry Tarrance officiating. Burial will follow in Leach Cemetery in Horse Branch. Friends may visit with Mr. Kelley’s family from 10 A.M. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
