Mrs. Carter was born September 18, 1944 in Morgan County, AL to Millard Luker and Christine Patterson Luker. She passed away Saturday October 13, 2108 at her residence. She was Preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Paul Carter and Sister Geraldine Luker.

She was a Member of McKendree Methodist Church. She was loved by her family and loved working in her flowers. She loved her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
