Ada Pearl Luburgh, 97, of Zanesville, died at 1:42 A.M. on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the Oaks at Bethesda, Zanesville. She was born July 21, 1920, in Muskingum County, a daughter of the late William and Florence Mitchell Blackford. She worked at Bethesda laundry and retired from Cedar Hill Care Center.

Ada was a member of Muskingum Presbyterian Church, a former member of the Women’s Republican Club and PERI. She is survived by a son, Ronald Lee (Ruth) Luburgh; three grandchildren, Cindy (Fin) Revennaugh, Troy (Valerie) Luburgh, and Todd (Marie) Luburgh; two step-grandchildren, Jamie (Robin) Lusk, and Beth (Mark) Cable; eight great-grandchildren, Jeromy Vojacek, Chris Revennaugh, Jerrad Luburgh, TJ Revennaugh, Michael Luburgh, Nick Grewell, and Jordan and Ali Lusk; and four great-great-grandchildren, Troy, Krae, Willow, and Rowen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ancel Luburgh, who died in 2002, and a son, Rickie Kevin Luburgh.

Friends and family may call from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Muskingum Presbyterian Church, 4545 Gorsuch Road, Nashport where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Donna Edsall officiating. She will be laid to rest at Muskingum Presbyterian Cemetery, Nashport. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to Muskingum Presbyterian Church, 4545 Gorsuch Road, Nashport, OH 43830.
