A native of Rome, Amber was born November 18, 1984. She was employed as a waitress with the International House of Pancakes.

Survivors include her children Emma, Logan, Bryson, Gavin, and Hayden; sisters Nicole Jordan and Kayla Phillips. Graveside funeral and interment services will be conducted at 2 PM Monday at Oakland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1 until 1:45 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 Shorter Avenue.
