Andrew John McNeal, 51, formerly of Madison, Indiana passed away on October 8, 2018 in Liberty Indiana. One of three children of Mary Lou Williams and Dexter Joe McNeal, Andrew was born on April 30, 1967 in Columbus Indiana and he attended Columbus North High School. He is lovingly remembered by a son, Gary McNeal; daughter, Meagan McNeal; brother, Daniel McNeal; sister, Jennifer Mingione; and step-father, Gary Peck.

Andrew is preceded in death by his parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend Dustin Boehm at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at St. Bridget Catholic Church, Liberty. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
