Anita Richarte, age 85, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 here in Del Rio. She was born on September 9, 1933 in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico. Preceding her in death was her beloved husband of over 45 years, Jesus Richarte; son, Ernesto Javier Richarte; siblings: Juanita Rivas, Victoria Capuchina, Antonio Rivas, Hermelinda Rivas, Leonardo Rivas, Isidro Rivas.

Family members left to cherish her memory include her children: Hidalia Menchaca and husband Daniel Menchaca and Family of Leander, Tx, Luis Richarte and Family of San Antonio, Tx, Mary Richarte and Family of Bakersfield, CA, and Martha Sanchez and husband Hugo Sanchez and Family of Del Rio; Anita is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Trinity Chapel of Faith. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (time pending).
