PENITAS – Anita Loya, 85, left to be with the LORD on Friday, February 22, 2019. Mrs. Loya was born in Kansas City, Kansas on November 12, 1933 to Severiana Margarita and Eduardo Vega. Mrs. Loya is survived by her loving children, Eduardo Loya, David (Alicia) Loya, Javier (Mary) Loya, and Ana M. Loya.

She is also survived by her grandson Jaime Garcia and her siblings Julian Vega, Pablo Vega and Ester Gonzalez. Family will be receiving friends today Monday, February 25, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. today Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Peñitas, Texas.

Interment will follow to Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas. Funeral services are under the direction of the Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas. You are invited to sign the online guest book at www.
