Graveside Services for Ann M. (Stafford) Holley, 70, Milford, will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Prospect Hill Cemetery. Deacon John Mines will officiate. Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.

She passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 at Sunrise Country Manor in Milford, Nebraska. Ann was born on September 22, 1947 in St. Paul, MN. She was adopted by Fred and Aileen Stafford of Norfolk on February 17, 1951.

She attended Norfolk Catholic Schools and had been a resident of Lincoln, NE since 1973. She married Harold Holley on September 20, 1976 in Lincoln. Ann is survived by her son Lee of Kansas City, daughter Jennifer of Beatrice, sisters Ellen Cerra of Minneapolis, MN, Laura McGinnis of Columbus, NE, Louise Gettman of Colorado Springs, CO and Margaret Stafford of Kansas City, MO, nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, in 1996, her parents, nephew Dan Gettman and brother-in-law Gary Hesser. We are certain that Ann is in a better place. Her hell was on earth.

The family will be forever grateful to Joyce Hauser for seeing Ann through many ups and downs in her struggle to live here. Memorials are requested to a mental health organization of the donor’s choice. There’s still time to send flowers to the Graveside Service at the Prospect Hill Cemetery at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2018.
