Anna’s Obituary Curcuro, Anna Louise, 80, of Groton died Tuesday January 1, 2019 at the Groton Regency. Anna was born February 8, 1938 in Los Angeles California to Donato J. and Louise A. Troiano Pazulla. She married Sam Curcuro on July 13, 1957 in El Serena CA, he preceded her in death.

Anna was a loving mother and devoted wife. She moved with Sam as needed for his career. They moved from California to the east coast in 1968 where they raised their 5 children in Connecticut.

Anna worked as a Real Estate Agent for Ann Mc Bride Realty earlier in her career and for Caldwell Banker for many years. Anna is survived by her oldest son Salvatore (Tom) Curcuro of Griswold CT, daughter Nancy Gillis of Norwich CT, son Donald (Adrian) Curcuro of New London, CT, son Adam (Danielle) Curcuro and Richard (Carrie) Curcuro both of Ledyard, CT, grandchildren Sean, Eric, Brent, Matthew, Christopher, Madison, Samuel, Nicholas, Natalia, Haley and Alex; and sister Donna Agrusa of Brea CA and loving nephews and nieces. Visitation Monday January 7, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Byles Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street in Groton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00am Tuesday January 8, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1650 CT-12 in Gales Ferry. Burial is private. Donations may be made in Anna’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter, 200 Executive Blvd.
