Anne Ella Lisenbee, 69 of Rio Vista passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Harlan ARH. Anne was born June 26, 1949 in Harlan to the late Thomas Noble and Ruby Massingill Baker. Over the years she had worked as a Clerk for Commercial Credit and was a Teacher’s Aide at Loyall School.

She dearly loved her grandchildren and spending time with them. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by sister, Judy Baker Johnson and brother, James Richard Baker. She is survived by her husband, Bill Lisenbee; son, Scott (Tanda) Lisenbee; grandchildren, Ella Christian Lisenbee, Deacon Lisenbee, and Hunter McCauley; brother, Tom (Glenna) Baker; sister, Kathie (Ed) Harris; nieces and nephews, Chris Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Brent Johnson, Amy Leake, Jill Harris, Jesse Harris, Tommy Baker, III, Sid Baker; she leaves several great nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends after 4:00 pm on Friday (Jan. 11) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev.

Kyle Burnette officiating. Graveside services are 11:00 am Saturday at the Lewis Cemetery in Putney, KY. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:30 to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brent Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Jesse Harris, Scott Lisenbee, Jill Harris, and Chris Johnson. The family ask that memorials be made to the Harlan Co. Humane Society. Please feel free to leave a condolence, memory, or photo at www.
