Anthony D. “Tony” Phillips, age 48, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019. He was born in Columbus Ohio on May 25, 1970 to the late Oral and Mary Phillips. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Gene Phillips and step father, Al King.

Survived by, Linda Phillips, son, Nicholas Phillips; daughters, Saraya, Kayla, Aaliyah, Neenah and Avah Phillips; grandchildren, Aria, Hayden, Lucas, Amelia, Iris, Jayden and Sissy; siblings, Darlene (Jerry), Mike (Christy) Paulene (Alan) Karen (Tim), Alan (Tami) and many family and friends. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 pm at the O.R. WOODYARD SOUTH CHAPEL 1346 S. High St where the funeral service will take place on Monday at 10:30 am.
