Obituary for Arleen Colyer Arleen ( Lee) Colyer of Whiting NJ, formerly of Old Bridge passed away on Wednesday June 20 at Community Hospital , surrounded by her family. Lee was a devoted wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She, above all else, enjoyed and treasured spending time with her entire family, whenever possible.

In her spare time she enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, having yard sales. She was truly artistic and creative. In addition to the love she exhibited to her family she also was a great animal lover.

Her husband of 50 years, Asa, pre deceased her on June 21, 2007. She is survived by her 4 daughters; Linda Bulkley, Kathy Cucchiara, Sharon Nielsen,and Laurie Stefanic. Her son David also predecased her.

She was the fond mother in law of Jane, James, Chris, Peter and Steve. She will be remembered by her 9 Grandchildren, her 8 Great Grandchildren and her brother William Wander. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday from 6-9PM, with Religoius Services being conducted at 8:00PM at the Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, 3377 US Highway 9 Old Bridge.

The funeral will be Saturday 9:30 AM with interment will taking place at Hollywood Memorial Park Union, NJ To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Arleen Colyer please visit our Sympathy Store.
