Obituary for Camille Giambrone Camille Giambrone, 102 of Jackson, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Born Saturday, February 19, 1916 in New York City, New York, Camille was the daughter of the late Dominic and Maria Noe. Born and raised in Manhattan, Camille would move to Brooklyn at the age of 16.
In 1937 Camille would marry the love of her life, Vincent. Together they would raise their family in Brooklyn. Through the years the family had a summer home, first on Long Island, and then in the Poconos.
Camille enjoyed spending time with her family at the family home throughout the year. Camille and Vincent moved to New Jersey in 1992. They would be married 59 years, until Vincent passed away in 1996.
Camille worked as a Payroll Supervisor with the New York Shipping Association in New York. In her spare time Camille enjoyed sewing, listening to Frank Sinatra, and routing for her favorite team the New York Yankees. She will be missed by all those that love her.
Camille was predeceased by her parents Dominic and Maria Noe, by her husband Vincent Giambrone, and by her son in laws, William Basso, and Robert Dellosso. Camille is survived by her loving daughters, Marie Basso, Joyce Dellosso, and Camille DeAntonio and her husband Joseph, by her cherished grandchildren, William Basso Jr., James Basso and his wife Wei, Marie L. Basso, John Dellosso, Joyce Ann McAdam and her husband Richard, Joseph DeAntonio Jr. and his wife Toby, Camille Noel Signorelli and her husband James, Valerie Vayas and her husband Peter, and Vincent DeAntonio, by her adored 8 great grandchildren, and by her caring nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial is being held Friday at 10:00am St. Thomas More Church, 186 Gordons Corner Rd, Manalapan Township, Interment to follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold, NJ.
