Obituary for Lynne A Dahlquist Lynne A Dahlquist, 71 of Manalapan, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. Born Tuesday, March 11, 1947 in Staten Island, New York, Lynne was the daughter of the late Scott and Jeanne Maynard. Lynne grew up in Staten Island and would graduate from St. John Villa High School.

Soon after High School Lynne would marry the love of her life, John Dahlquist, the couple had just celebrated their 53 wedding anniversary. Lynne enjoyed playing Mahjong. Lynne had a love of animals, especially Horses and Dogs.

Lynne and John enjoyed traveling, they most of all enjoyed taking cruises together. Above all what brought the most joy to Lynne was her family. Lynne will be missed by all those that were blessed to have had her in their lives.

Lynne is survived by her beloved husband, John, by her loving daughters, Jennifer Schonher and her husband Tom, Ursula Laskodi and her husband John, Kiersten McAuley and her husband Derek, and Janelle Littig and her husband Adam, by her caring siblings, Scott Maynard and his wife Penny, and Joan Colgan and her husband Rick, by her cherished grandchildren, Erika, Colin, Caitlyn, Jack, Matthew, Callee, Cassidy, Connor, Clayton, Devin, Cambelle, Lily, Cayden, Ryan, Nicklas, and Tyler, and by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Christ Episcopal Church located at 76 Franklin Ave Staten Island, New York 10301. Interment will be in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey.
