OBITUARY Barbara Ann Kosek October 30, 1942 – October 28, 2018 Barbara Ann Kosek, 75, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. Barbara leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 54 years Dan Kosek, sons Dan Kosek (Jennifer), Patrick Kosek (Aimee) and David Kosek (Deanna), brother Thomas Berle (Julia) and seven loving grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10am at Saint Edwards Catholic Church 9608 Sue Helen Dr. Louisville, KY 40299.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road.
