OBITUARY Jeanette West Young January 29, 1929 – October 26, 2018 Jeanette West Young, 89, of Louisville passed away on Friday October 26, 2018. She was born on January 29, 1929 in Estill County Kentucky to the late James and Thelma (Hamilton) West. Jeanette was a homemaker and a member of South Louisville Christian Church.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Young. She is survived by a sister, Lois Jackey and nieces and nephews. Cremation of the remains was chosen.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. A visitation will also be on Wednesday from 12 to 2 pm at the funeral home. Inurnment of the remains will follow at a later time in Evergreen Cemetery.
