Obituary for Barbara Diehl Garden City- Barbara M. Diehl, 84, died on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City. She was born on July 5, 1934 at Clarksburg, West Virginia the daughter of Loyren William & Dessie M. (Goodwin) Marsh. She married Johnny H. Diehl on November 5, 1955 in Washington, D.C.

He died on May 12, 2016. Barbara graduated from high school at Bristol, West Virginia and was recruited to work for the FBI in Washington, D.C. for 3 years. In 1955 she moved to Finney County where she and her husband farmed.

She was a member of the Church Of Christ of Garden City. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening & cooking, especially making wedding cakes. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Brother- Sewell D. Marsh & 2 Sisters- Bonnie Imogene Williams & Gertrude G. Malcolm.

She is survived by her 2 Sons- Donnie Diehl of Garden City & Larry Diehl of Sublette, Daughter- Joyce Robinson of Garden City, Brother- Foster Marsh of Glenville, West Virginia, 8 Grandchildren & 12 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at Garden City Church of Christ with Robert Trosper officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Garnand Funeral Home.
