Barbara’s Obituary Obituary Barbara Gardner Hardman, 57 Barbara Gardner Hardman, 57, of Gillette WY, formerly of Blackfoot, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 of heart failure while visiting in South Carolina. Barbara was born March 19, 1961 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Phillip Duchscher and Lois Jean Moses Gardner. She grew up in Blackfoot, attended schools there and graduated from Blackfoot High School.

She continued her education at Ricks College in Rexburg. She also lived in Boise, Nevada and Gillette, Wyoming. Barbara married Stephen Hardman on December 12, 2012 in Nevada.

She was a travel agent in Blackfoot and Boise for Morris Murdock Travel Agency. When she moved to Wyoming, she worked from home as a travel agent for fun. She loved to travel and she loved taking care of others.

She would wake up early to get breakfast and lunch made for her husband. She loved her dogs and enjoyed entertaining and cooking for others. Family time was her favorite.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Stephen Hardman of Gillette, WY; her daughter, Becki (Brett) Whitbeck of Idaho Falls; her mother, Lois Gardner of Ammon ID; stepsons, Jameson Hardman and Marshall Hardman; her siblings, Vicky (Barry) Baumgartner of Colorado, Julie (Luis) Fayant, Angie Thornton, Christine (Rick) Sabey, Wade (Yvonne) Gardner, Geana (Alan) Davis; nieces, Tara (Bobby) Piña and Selby Pope; and grandchildren, Jaxton, Olivia, Alex, Dutch, Evalynn, Amethyst and her four fur babies. She was preceded in death by her fathers, Phillip Duchscher and Larry Gardner; and her brothers, Bradley Duchscher and Bob Gardner. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot.
