Bryan’s Obituary Obituary Bryan Ray Walker, 30 The man, the myth, the legend; but ultimately the most amazing husband and dad, left this world far too soon on January 17, 2019 from injuries sustained in a head on collision while working in North Dakota. Just one week before his baby boy’s 5th birthday. Bryan was given the gift of life by the most beautiful soul, his mama Jamie Irwin, during a very snowy and early Christmas Eve morning in Boise, Idaho.

Bryan did so many great things in his life. He loved the outdoors. It didn’t matter if it was sunny, pouring rain, or snowing as long as he was out in the open fresh air.

He loved documentaries and really enjoyed learning new things and then going on to excel at them. He took great pride in watching his plants sprout and grow. Every year he looked forward to his favorite holiday, the 4th of July and took thrill in blowing stuff up!

He was an avid doomsday zombie apocalypse prepper. He really enjoyed collecting knives and coins and he was always keeping a look out for the wheat cent. Amongst his nerdy qualities he was a very passionate old school punk rock fan.

He loved taking part in a good old fashioned mosh pit. In fact, he broke his nose once in one at Warped Tour in 2004, and hell ya, he kept on moshing! That was Bryan.

He persevered through anything and always knew how to have a good time and laugh. The only thing Bryan hated in life was coconuts and hypocrites. On July 7th, 2012, 7 years into their relationship (lucky 7s) and 2 beautiful baby girls later, he married his high school sweetheart, Marinda Breshears.

In 2014 he finally got his baby boy and 2 years later another beautiful little girl with red hair just like her daddy was born. Bryan really enjoyed spending time with his kids. He always did everything he could to provide for them.

He worked so hard his entire life even up until the very end. It cannot be put into words how good, pure, kind, loving, strong, and great Bryan was. He was an amazing husband, daddy, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

He is survived by his wife Marinda, his 4 children; Layla Lynn, Abigail June, Noah Bryan Ray, and Emily Grace, his parents Jamie and Greg Irwin, his father, Robert Walker, 8 siblings, brother Robby (Sarah) Taylor, sister Rebecca McCoy, brother Brent Messler, little brothers Caden and Colton Walker, a little sister Joslin Smith, a sister-in-law Dawn (Mike) Roth, and a brother-in-law Bo (Meagan) Breshears and many, many nieces, nephews and cousins that he loved like his own. Surviving grandparents include Arnold and Hazel Taylor and his grandma Sandra Reid. He was preceeded in death by an uncle, Gene “Fatboy” Taylor, a grandpa, John Walker, an aunt Rebecca Taylor and an aunt, Shelley Priest.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday January 23, 2019 at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening, January 22 from 6 until 8 o’clock with a visitation one hour prior to the services. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.
