Obituary for Barbara L. Williams Barbara L. Williams, 75, of Hampstead, passed away on April 10, 2018 at the Carroll Hospital Center. Born August 22, 1942 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Mary (Richards) Folk. She served in the Marine Corps from 1961-1964.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Upperco, where she had been a Sunday School teacher and Bible School teacher. She loved game shows, especially Jeopardy. Surviving are her daughter, Suzann Nonemaker and husband Wayne of Hampstead; sons, Grant Williams of Hampstead and Gui Williams; sisters, Brenda Owings and husband Dale of Westminster, Georgia Folk of Manchester and Mary Catherine Pauley and husband David of Hampstead; granddaughter, Hayley Williams; grandson, Gavin Nonemaker; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 15, 2018, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018, 11:00 am at the Eline Funeral Home with Rev. Rudolph officiating.

Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Grace United Methodist Church, 4618 Black Rock Road, Upperco, MD 21155. Online condolences may be made at www.
