Obituary for Karen Wrightson Karen J. Wrightson, 59, of Elkton, MD passed away on June 25, 2018. She was born on June 29, 1958 in Baltimore, MD to the late Richard Lee and Hazel Maxine (nee Knight) Detamore. She had worked as a telecommunications supervisor at Northwest Hospital.

She is survived by her son William “Richie” Wrightson of Elkton, daughter Kathleen Flora of GA and son Michael David Wrightson of Hagerstown; brother Robert Lee Detamore of Charlestown, MD; uncle and aunt Paul and Shirley Knight of Colora, MD; cousin Greg Knight. Predeceased by sister Virginia Kommelan. Graveside service on Friday, June 29, 2019, 11am at Lake View Memorial Park.
