Obituary for Eugene Buell Eugene Jerome Buell, 71, of Manchester, passed away on Thursday June 28, 2018 at his home. Born August 24, 1946 in Baltimore Co., MD, he was the son of the late Harry and Catherine (Grogg) Buell. He was the husband of Barbara Buell, his beloved wife of 50 years.

He was a decorated Viet Nam veteran, having served in the Army. He recently received a Senatorial Citation for bravery while in Viet Nam. He was a member of the American Legion Post 200 and enjoyed NASCAR races, showing cars, and listening to country and blue grass music.

He had been a heavy equipment operator and had worked for Kopps Lumber prior to his retirement. Visitation will be held Monday, July 2, 2018, 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm & Monday, July 2, 2018, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, where services will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, 11:00 am with Pastor Andy Vineberg officiating. Interment will be in Lineboro Cemetery.
