Beatrice Woods Breaux, born in Equality, Illinois and resident of Marrero, Louisiana for the past 60 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at the age of 84. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Guy “Pat” Breaux; her son, Guy Breaux Jr.; her daughter, Patsy Breaux Lefort; her parents, Pearl and Roscoe Woods (of Equality, Illinois); her brothers, James Roscoe Woods and George David Woods; her sisters, Sallie Ann Woods Massey and Thelma Woods Bennett; and her son-in-law, Huey LeBlanc Jr She is the devoted and loving mother of Debbie Breaux LeBlanc.

She is the loving granny of Dixie Lefort Hoerner, Lance LeBlanc (Kristin), Jared Lefort (Katie), and Luke LeBlanc (Ashley). She is the loving great- granny of Taylor, Brooke, Jace, Jacob, Hudson, Emmy, and Jackson. She is the dear sister of Joe Woods (Deloris), Barbara Winchester (Bill), and Janet McDaniel (Larry).

She is the loving mother-in-law of Jed Lefort. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Beatrice was the owner and operator of Pat’s Blue Marlin Restaurant, along with her husband Pat, in Westwego for many years.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Friday, January 25, 2019 beginning at 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 1:30 PM at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. , Marrero, LA.
