Belinda Williams, 43 of Bellevue passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born July 25, 1975 in Massillon, Ohio the daughter of Herman and Brenda (McGrady) Burd. Belinda was employed at Ventra where she worked in production services.

She loved the outdoors especially playing softball and fishing. She was a loving, caring mom. She is survived by her fiancée Andrew England of Bellevue; son, Bryan (Dallas Griffin) Clark Jr. of Sandusky; step-sons, Isaiah England and Chase England of Bellevue; Parents: Herman and Brenda Burd of Bellevue; siblings: Lisa (Joseph) Cassidy of Bucyrus, Cheryl (John) McIntyre of Bellevue, Ray Miller Sr. of Kentucky; 3 Nieces; 1 Nephew; 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.

best friend and “sister”, Katherine Henderson of Tiffin; She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Barbara and Robert McGrady and Herman Burd Sr. and Betty Bollinger. Friends will be received on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 1-3 and 5-7 pm at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. A funeral service will begin on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
