Obituary for Bernard Herman Sarbeck Jr. Bernard Herman Sarbeck, Jr. passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 at the age of 82. Benny was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Huffman, TX for the past 32 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy (Dottie) Berges Sarbeck. Also survived by his children, Karen Legendre (Steve), Wendy Perkins (Prentiss), Gretchen Figarola (John) and Benny Sarbeck III (Stephanie); eight grandchildren, Steve Legendre, II (Randi) and Brian Legendre, Garrett and Brett Perkins, Ashley and Jonathan Figarola, Nicholas and Lilly Sarbeck and one great-granddaughter, Stella Legendre. Son of the late Bernard H. Sarbeck, Sr. and Lillian Furlong Sarbeck.

Brother of Diane Lucus (late husband Bob), Steve Sarbeck and wife Madeline, Bobby Sarbeck and wife Teri and the late David Sarbeck and wife Shirley. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey LA, on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
