He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Charlie) Crowe, Nashville; his sons, Bert Jr. (Shelly) Sisk, OH, Michael (Susie) Sisk, CO, Darrell (Debbie) Sisk, Frankfort, and Kevin (Donna) Sisk, Frankfort; his 10 grandchildren; and his 13 great grandchildren.
