Carrie Amerika Jayne Brooks , August 18, 1984 — June 16, 2018

Carrie Brooks, 33, of Lexington, KY passed away, peacefully, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at her home. Carrie was born August 18, 1984 to the late Libby Brooks and Marty Farley. She is survived by her Aunt Mary Jane Blankenship (Wendell and Children/Grandchildren) of Michigan and a multitude of lifelong friends that she considered family.

She believed that everyone was deserving of love and wanted to share that belief with all those she encountered.

A lover of color and glitter, she never thought there could be too much and incorporated it any chance she could. She was a selfless, caring, and supportive soul who put others before herself. She was a supporter God’s Pantry Food Bank, AVOL, Lexington Catholic Action, and the Humane Society Family and friends are planning a service at a later date.
