Betty Jane Bradley, 91, of Pottsville, passed away Saturday at Providence Place Retirement Community. Betty was born in Queens, N.Y., Oct. 17, 1926, a daughter of the late Walter Emil and Wilhemina G. Ley Stromberg.

She was the wife of Warren H. “Mickey” Bradley. Betty received her degree from NYU and was formerly employed as a registered nurse. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Walter “Skip” Bradley, husband of Anita, and Peter Bradley, husband of Barbara; grandchildren, David Bradley, Rachel Bradley, wife of Marc Schmitz, Benjamin Bradley, husband of Nele, and Kaitlin Silva, wife of Juan; five great-grandchildren.

Services and interment are private at the convenience of family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Schuylkill Women in Crisis, P.O. Box 96, Pottsville, PA 17901.
