Marlin E. Morgan, Jr., 77, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Tuesday, June 12th, at home. Born in Frackville, PA on July 15, 1940, he was a son of the late Marlin E. Morgan, Sr. & Arlene Morgan. He was the husband of Dolores M. (Kerschner) Morgan.

Following high school graduation, Marlin received a business administration degree from Penn State University. He served in the United States Navy. Marlin attended First United Methodist Church, Schuylkill Haven.

He worked as a nursing home administrator and most recently as a delivery driver for Haven Line Casket Company. In addition to his wife, Marlin is survived by two daughters, Melanie Hess & husband, Duane, Schuylkill Haven & Teri Callaghan & husband, Brian, Pine Grove, and two sons, Kevin W. Lord & wife, Paula, Lake Wynonah, & Jeffrey Lord, Orwigsburg. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a sister, Ida Sheeler, Cumbola, & a brother, George Morgan, Florida.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Morgan. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 15th, with Rev. Dr. Christopher Fisher officiating.

A viewing will be held Friday from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the funeral at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Family request donations to First United Methodist Church Building Fund – 420 Saylor Street Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
