Betty “Jean” Perry June 28, 1933 – January 13, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Mrs. Betty Jean George Perry age 85, of Stockbridge, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019. Mrs. Perry was born on June 28, 1933 to Tarpley and Mabry George in Morrow, GA. She graduated from Jonesboro High School, attended The University of Georgia and was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority.

She also attended Georgia State University. Mrs. Perry owned Jeans Flowers in Forest Park. She then married William “Bill” Lee Perry.

She is survived by her children, Dawn Perry (Steve) Fusco of Atlanta, Diane Perry of New Orleans, Glynn (Julie) Perry of Duluth; sisters, Anita Friday of NC, Barbara (Ed) Ford of FL; grandchildren, Marissa Perry, Jillian Perry, Jonathan Lucio and Stephen Lucio. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in the chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
