Obituary for Betty Jean (Walding) Franks Betty Jean (Walding) Franks, 79, of Magnolia, AR died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at her residence. Betty was born February 4, 1939 in Lewisville, AR to the late Stewart Henry and Hazel Beulah (Massey) Walding. She was the co-owner and secretary of Magnolia Tractor and Equipment.

She was preceded in death by her husband L.B. “Junior” Franks and her sister Wanda Sue Ison. She is survived by her children John Sanner and wife Jana of Emerson, Regina McKinnon and husband Steve of Farmerville, LA; step children Steve Franks and wife Betty, Richard Franks and wife Judi, Phyllis Austin and husband Dub all of Magnolia; sister Lana Oglesby and husband Major of Indianapolis, IN; ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, June 1 at 10:00 a.m. at Lewis Chapel with Bro.

Mickey May officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bradley, AR under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Franks, Johnny Sanner, Peyton Franks, Koby McKinnon, and William Austin. Honorary pallbearer will be Lee Franks. The family requests memorial contributions are sent to the American Cancer Society, www.
