Obituary for Betty Jo Burleson Betty Jo (Elizabeth Josephine Arnett) Burleson passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Jo was 72 years old. Services for Jo will be on Monday, July 16, 2018, at Dixie Baptist Church, Hattiesburg MS.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM followed by the Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Dixie Baptist Church Cemetery. Jo was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marie Arnett.

She is survived by her husband, Bert Burleson, of Hattiesburg MS; her two daughters, Cindy Burleson, Reno NV and Cristy (Maurice) Smith, Wake Forest NC; her grandchildren: Jonathon Burleson, Reno NV and Memphis Smith, Wake Forest NC.
