Beverly A. (Trahey) Dorrance Loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister and Friend Beverly A. (Trahey) Dorrance, 76, of Pelham, died Thursday, July 12th at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth G. Dorrance who died September 19, 2011. Born in Stoneham, Massachusetts, December 11, 1941, the daughter of the late Frank A. and the late Mary E. (Bennett) Trahey, she attended Malden schools and was a graduate of Malden High School.

Before retiring, she was employed as an Executive Secretary with the Mitre Corporation in Bedford for many years. Among her many activities, Beverly enjoyed shopping, going to the movies, bowling and playing Mexican Train. She was also a member of the Salem, NH Senior Center.

Above all else though, she cherished the quality time she was able to spend with her family and friends and especially loved coloring with her great-granddaughter Khloe. Beverly is survived by three daughters Debra Anderson and her husband Raymond of Melrose, MA, Marybeth Dorrance and her longtime companion Robert Heroux of Nashua, NH and Pamela White and her husband Stephen of Pelham with whom she resided; a grandson Shane E. White, wife Elizabeth and their daughter Emily of Pelham; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother Frank Trahey, Jr. and his companion Leslee Merrill of Hampton Falls, NH. In accordance with Beverly’s wishes, there will be no calling hours and all services will be held privately.
