Bienvenido Torres, 76 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy with his family by his side. Bienvenido was born and raised in Vieques, Puerto Rico and came to Perth Amboy many years ago. He was employed by Ferraro Foods, Inc., as a truck driver for many years.

He retired many years ago. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He is preceeded in death by his loving parents Pablo and Severina ( nee Pereira ) Torres.

He is survived by his devoted wife Maria ( nee Rodriguez ); beloved father of Jose F. and his wife Norma Torres, Maria and her husband Luis Hernandez, Carmen J. and her husband Clemente, Luis, Bienvenido Jr and his wife Olga, Elba and her husband Alexis Suarez, Servernia and her husband James Berkley, Brenda and Omar and his wife Jennifer Ramirez Torres; adored grandfather of 34 and great ~ grandfather of 15 A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 1 ~ 5 pm at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.
