Billie Pankey Chapman of Judsonia passed away May 8, 2019 after a brief illness. She was born July 19, 1933 in Clay, Arkansas to Thomas and Helen Knowlton Pankey and was preceded in death by her parents and late husband, Rex Chapman. She is survived by her three children, Phyllis Hughes of Judsonia, James Ransom (Claudette) of Griffithville and Angela Blocker (Dwight Hildebrandt) of Beaumont, Texas; seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and twenty-five great-great-grandchildren.

Billie was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. A memorial service will be held at her place of worship, the First Baptist Church in Judsonia, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia. www.
