Obituary for Billy L Vice Billy L. Vice, 68, of Pennsville NJ, passed away suddenly on June 17, 2018. Billy was born in Orange, Texas. Billy is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Elaine (Mesogianes) and his devoted son, Billy L. Vice Jr. Brothers Tommy Vice, Bobby Vice (Marylee), Brother-in-laws Bill Mesogianes (Renee), Paul Mesogianes (Suzanne), and Sister-in-law Loretta Broussard (Michael).

Nieces and Nephews Mark, Caitlin, Jordyn, Rene, Nikki, Shontell, Temple, Rashell, Tarah, Kristin and Bobby Jr. Billy was predeceased by his father Leon J. Vice, his mother Mildred Vice-Cobb and brother Danny Vice. Billy was a proud and retired pipefitter/welder from UA Local 322. His special times in life were with his family and friends.

He loved to golf, travel, and anyone he met became a friend for life. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday June 24 from 11am-1pm followed by celebration of his life at 1pm at Ashcraft Funeral Home, 740 South Broadway, Pennsville, NJ. A luncheon will take place following the service at Salem County FOP Lodge which is located at 693 S Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
