Obituary for Billy Ray Stamper Billy Ray Stamper, 68, of Yukon passed away Saturday December 15th, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Billy was born on March 12th, 1950 in Hammon, Oklahoma to Gordon Ulysses Stamper and Ethel Maye Pitcock Stamper. He married Peggy Nickell on November 28, 2007 in Maui.

He worked at Enogex as a tech for many years before retiring. He enjoyed being outdoors in his younger days. His hobbies were fishing, camping, bowling, and going on many cruises through the years.

After retiring he enjoyed watching tv and drinking coffee. And getting out on occasions to spend time with family. Billy is preceded in death by his father Gordon Stamper, his mother Ethel Pitcock Stamper, brother Gordon Aaron (G.

A) Stamper and son Willy Justin Stamper. He is survived by his wife Peggy Stamper of Yukon, one daughter Jennifer Kirtley and husband Will of Kingfisher, one son Jason Stamper and wife Kay of El Reno, three grandson Billy Brandon Stamper of El Reno, and Aaron Scott Kirtley and Steven Michael Kirtley of Kingfisher, two granddaughters Kelsie Dawn Stamper and Kari Dianne Stamper of El Reno, and two great granddaughters Kambrie Dianne Espinoza and Kinsley Mae Espinoza of El Reno. One brother Eugene Stamper and wife Mary of Sayre Oklahoma, and one sister Loyette Buffum and husband Robert of Overbrook Kansas.

And many nieces and nephews. A memorial service is being held Friday, December 21st, 10:00 AM at Smith and Turner Mortuary in Yukon Oklahoma. Billy will be missed dearly.
