Bobby L. Walker, 84, of Evansville passed away May 10, 2019 at Newburgh Health Care. He was born January 15, 1935 in Evansville to the Grady and Mary (Stadler) Walker. Bobby graduated from Central High School in 1953 and attended Mechanic Arts.

He was a veteran of the US Army National Guard. His working career was spent with General Motor Dealerships where he managed their parts department. He retired from Art Hall Motors.

He was a member of St. Benedict Cathedral and enjoyed working in his yard. He is survived by his son, Steven L. Walker (Julie Ann) of Evansville; daughter, Jennifer A. Bracher (John) of Boonville, IN; grandchildren, Grant and Grace Walker, Emma, Elizabeth, and John Michael Bracher. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia “Pat” Walker of 55 years, May 27, 2013.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 14 2019 at St. Philip Catholic Church, 3500 St. Phillips Road S, Mt. Vernon, Indiana 47620. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Father Lowell Will officiating.

Burial will be in St. Phillips Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels 3700 Bellemeade Ave # 113, Evansville, IN 47714 or, St. Philip Catholic Church,3500 Saint Phillips Rd S., Mount Vernon, IN 47620. Condolences may be made online at www.
