Bonnie’s Obituary Bonnie Carolyn Clark Norman, age 99, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, January 4, 2019. She was a native of Harrisburg, Illinois and a resident of Houma, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, January 9, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 a.m. Bonnie is survived by her sons, William Roger Norman, Jr. and wife, Helen, and Michael Clark Norman and wife, Regeana; daughter, Carolyn Waynette Norman; grandchildren, Christopher Scott Norman and wife, Dana, Jeanne Alyce Liner, Julie Louise Smith and husband, Daniel, Amanda Elizabeth Waites and husband, Chase, Sarah Rebecca Norman and wife, Shelley, and Benjamin Michael Norman; great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Norman, Landon Norman, Chaning Liner, Alexis Liner, Brennan Norman, Brittany Rogers, Jacob Smith, Sawyer Waites, Peyton Waites, and Sadie Flynn Norman.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William Roger Norman; parents, George Luther and Jenny Pearl Martin Clark; son, Thomas George Norman; brothers, J.B. Clark and wife, Alice, Claude “Wayne” Clark, Jack Clark and wife, Frances and Frank Martin Clark; sister, Ruth Clark Roper and husband, Monroe. Bonnie was an active member of the Eastern Star, Unity Lodge #267 in Houma, LA. She enjoyed traveling, participating in women’s civic clubs, and was an avid bridge player.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Norman family.
