Brenda Jean Finn, 53, of Westminster, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Dove House. Born Jan. 12, 1965 in Westminster, she was the daughter of Hilda and Richard Blizzard, Sr. of Silver Run and wife of Frank Alan Finn for 23 years.

She worked as a medical receptionist for Carroll County Digestive Disease Center and was well loved by her work family. Brenda was a 1983 graduate of Westminster High School. Her greatest passion was loving and caring for her two daughters.

Other notable hobbies included attending her girls softball, soccer and track events as well as country music and her Sunday morning cooking shows. Besides her husband and parents she is survived by daughters Erin Nicole and Bethany Kay Finn of Westminster and brothers Robert Blizzard and Richard Blizzard, Jr. of Silver Run. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
