Theresa Rose Knorr, 78, of Westminster, passed away on November 3, 2018 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Born January 5, 1940 in Baltimore City, she was the daughter of the late Ignatius and Rose Zachowski Napora. She was the cherished wife of 59 years to John Anthony Knorr, Jr. Theresa was a devoted member of St. John Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharist minister and a religious education teacher.

She enjoyed baking, cooking, reading, painting, sewing, crocheting, gardening, playing… Read More » cards and praying. She loved to entertain her family and friends. Theresa always had a way of making everyone feel welcome and special; her laughter was contagious.

Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters and sons-in-law Susan T. and Darrell Hall of Baltimore, and Karen A. and John Michaels of Westminster; grandchildren JR Michaels, Sarah Michaels, Anna Rosier and husband Josh, and Evan Michaels; numerous nieces and nephews and many beloved friends. Theresa was predeceased by her siblings John, Anna, Joe, Gen, Bert, Frances, Fran, Dorothy, Stan, Anna, Al and Jerry. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd.

, Westminster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10 am at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. A procession will leave the funeral home for the church at 9:30 am.

Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 6515 Boston St., Baltimore, at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD 21157. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.
