Lisa Kirk Logan, 54, of Westminster passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Born April 5, 1964, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Walter Kirk and Carolyn (Hutchinson) Logan of Westminster. She was the beloved wife of Eugene F. Kropp, Jr. Lisa was a 1982 graduate of Bishop Walsh High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University.

She worked as a financial analyst for KBRwyle. She enjoyed art, adopting animals, thrifting… Read More » and DIY projects. In addition to her husband and parents, Lisa is survived by sons Eric J. Welkos and his wife Sunita S. Pathik and Scott T. Welkos as well as their father, James T. Welkos, all of Baltimore; brother Kevin C. Logan of Tampa, FL; sister Tracy L. Logan of Westminster; nieces Danielle Comer and Martina Logan and nephew Christopher Logan.
