Robert Moulton Packard, 85, of Westminster passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 at Carroll Lutheran Village Healthcare Center. Born February 27, 1933, in Hartford, CT, he was the son of the late Leeman Foster and Vera Mabel (Moulton) Packard. Robert was the husband of 59 years to Barbara Ann (Buschers) Packard.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, John George Packard and wife Lea and David Arthur Packard, all of Baltimore; grandchildren Matthew, Stephen, Rachel and Daniel Packard. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Krug Chapel of Carroll Lutheran Village, 300 St. Luke Circle, Westminster, MD 21158 with Chaplain Jimmie Schwartz officiating. Interment will be held in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens privately with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Carroll Lutheran Village Ministry of Caring Endowment Fund, 300 St. Luke Circle, Westminster, MD 2158.
